Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
4. AI Usage and Limitations
•The AI creates suggestions based on your input
•You are responsible for the final review of your documents
•We do not guarantee the success of applications
•The AI must not be misused for false information
5. Prohibited Use
✕ Creating false or misleading CVs
✕ Manipulating AI security measures
✕ Automated mass use or scraping
✕ Sharing login credentials
✕ Use for unlawful purposes
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, including design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of Findoria UG. The CVs and cover letters you create belong to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
— Lost job opportunities
— Errors in AI-generated content
— Temporary service unavailability
— Data loss due to force majeure
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, where legally permissible.
